Felling sharp pain in my ear when I swallow or move my tongue. Not sure if my ear or tongue. I went to dentist to rule out a tooth problem since I have a tooth on that side with an old cavity that was filled that sometimes bothers me. Dentist said it is not tooth. I went to the ENT 2 days ago and he checked my ears and said Meniere Disease and the paid was from TMJ and gave muscle relaxer for night in case I am clenching my teeth. I have slight TMJ but this does not feel like that. Muscle relaxer is not helping and I am running a very slight fever. Paid is getting worse . Advil helps lessen the pain. What kind of doctor do I go to now. Back to ENT and ask him to check throat? the pain is in my tongue
